Joanne Morgan at Aspire Down Under made an extraordinary vacation in New Zealand and Australia possible in ways I couldn't have done on my own. Best is the collaborative spirit with which Joanne brought to the planning process - my interests and desires were considered, choices were offered, ideas discussed and, after a few drafts were presented a final, perfect itinerary was created. Joanne was so patient and easy to work with as I had seemingly so many requests, changes and needs. In the end I stayed in beautiful, comfy, fabulous hotels all in NZ and Australia, my flights were perfect and comfortable, the tours I was booked were so good with highly expert guides with so much knowledge to share and bring to life. The other people on my tours, all of which were small or even private, were a joy to travel with as well and new friends were made. I can't say enough so I'll end with - I highly recommend Aspire Down Under and the services of Joanne Morgan to plan a trip down under! Thank you Joanne and Aspire!

More than awesome! Australia has been on our bucket list for decades and Shelley made it happen! She was very patient with my specific questions, changes and custom requests. All the accommodations, transportation and recommended tours were top-notch! The Vamoos app was an invaluable tool while on our journey for a month. Every day had detailed information about where we were staying, who and when our transport or tour was planned, car rental information, travel tips etc. Aspire Down Under was the best travel decision I’ve ever made!

We shared a fabulous 14 day 40th anniversary trip with 14 days in new Zealand followed by 4 in Fiji to rest and recover. Sharon did a wonderful job before and during the trip. Everything went off without a hitch. What a great way to travel without any in trip planning or worry! The app that spelled out every detail of each day was especially useful. She booked all of our transportation so we didn't even need to hire an Uber along the way. All of the planned excursions and destinations were top notch. We enjoyed each and every one of them and they were all different and unique without repetition. It was also a good combination of private tours and small group tours. All of the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Too many favorites to choose individual favorites. I could go on for pages, but it is enough to say we highly recommend Aspire Down Under and Sharon!

Aspire Down Under was Awesome! Joanne helped us plan a trip of a lifetime to Australia and New Zealand. We were on the move with this trip for 6 weeks, and everything was perfect from the moment we were picked up at the airport in Melbourne, to leaving for home from Auckland. Rental car pick up and drop off was seamless, all the hotels were comfortable and had excellent conveniences (free laundry in some cases - a total surprise), and the tours were well run. Joanne was very helpful with tour suggestions, and she worked in our requested downtime as well as touring on our own. We absolutely loved the app they have with all of our trip details, Vamoos. Since we were on the go every couple of days, the app kept us un track with where and when to be at certain locations. When we had questions during our trip, Joanne was very responsive. I would highly recommend Aspire Down Under and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The Australian tour Joanne Morgan planned for us this past fall was nothing short of amazing - the itinerary (including the tours and additional shuttles) as well as the flights were spot on. Every person including tour guides arrived on time to pick us up and the few times we needed to get ourselves to the start of a tour, we were able to walk. The Vamoos app was VERY helpful as we referred to the information several times each day. We would not have been able to have such a wonderful adventure without Joanne's expertise in all areas - accommodations (which were always very nice to plush - we especially appreciated the ones with a washer/dryer in the unit or right next door), tours, and the flight schedule (Qantas is now my favorite airline). We highly recommend Joanne Morgan and Aspire for any "Down Under" adventures you are planning. She will make them a reality! We look forward to working with her again for another New Zealand/Australia trip in the fall of 2026!

Hi Sharon, The best for the Holidays to You, Aspire Down Under and Southern World ! I'm going to give you my review for now and let me know where I need to go to place it. You can copy and paste this as you feel fit. To start: For me this was a very special trip to celebrate my wife & my anniversary so it needed to be unique and very similar to our way of travel. You never know how it is going to go until you're back home and reflecting on the trip. Let me start by saying that I was particular to where and how we wanted to travel and this was greatly accomplished by the excellent help from Sharon Tidbury. We bounce ideas back and forth, some would think would be very frustrating BUT not so due to the kind and friendly approach Sharon took along with her expertise. We wanted to spend time so as not to feel hurried in each place while understanding the culture and environment. WOW! We flew into Auckland, took a guided bus to Rotorua, flight to Queenstown, rental car to Greymouth, Train to Christchurch, rental car to Nelson (week with friends) then Picton, Ferry to Wellington (more friend visit), train to Auckland then capped off to Fiji island resort! For a very reasonable fee, timely but not hurried manner and our accommodations were friendly, unique and close to allow walking around. Please understand there was a great deal of coordination (pickup/drop offs, event scheduling, accommodations, fare/timing, rentals, time for friends, adventures/hikes-glaciers, bird sanctuaries++, snorkeling and soooooo much more) that went into this trip and what an amazing outcome! Let me say that with all of the above going on and the amount of things we accomplished on this trip the only thing was a slight mixup on one pickup location that was handled in record time by both main office and local representative then followed up by Sharon to make sure - now that's what you dream of!! We had an incredible experience working with Sharon to plan our vacation from Dallas to Australia & New Zealand. From the very beginning, she listened to our interests and customized the itinerary around what we wanted to see and experience. Every excursion felt thoughtfully personalized, and the guides she selected were knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent at what they do. All of our transfers were seamless and perfectly timed, which made traveling between multiple destinations completely stress-free. She also worked with us to allow us to incorporate some shows/events we had bought tickets for on our own. This was a great experience. Such wonderful sights and a really good group of traveling companions. The tour leader and driver were excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelley Madsen with Aspire Down Under helped us immensely and was always quick to respond to our questions. She was easy to work with and very patient and also very knowledgeable. Joanne curated the perfect action packed 2 week itinerary of my dreams. Our trip details and tours went seamlessly and it was so nice to have an expert figure out all the interesting time change and different modes to get from one place to another. All of our tours were small group, unique, and catered to our interests. Any updates and last minute tweaks were easily altered and the Vamoos app made it very easy to follow! My daughter and I enjoyed a 14- day trip around Australia! Aspire Down Under, specifically Sharon, did a perfect job of organizing flights, hotels, transportation and tours! We visited 3 different parts of Australia and had the perfect amount of time in all locations. At the end of each part, we felt ready to move on. It as comforting to know that everything was taken care of and we didn't have to think of anything! Truly a vacation! BRAVO!
